Return and Refund Policy

Prices

All prices listed on the website or quoted by our guest services team are estimates.  Prices may vary upon customer specific circumstances,  product usage, and service provider level.  Customers will receive a detailed price breakdown with their service provider during the consultation at the time of the appointment.

Service Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  If you are unsatisfied with the services, you may elect to schedule a re-do service within 10 days with the same service provider.  If you elect to see a different stylist you will be responsible for the difference in pricing.  All re-do requests will be reviewed by management prior to the appointment being booked.

Specials and Promotions

Specials and promotional coupons cannot be combined with other salon specials, promotions, or Aveda direct offers.  Coupons must be presented at check out in order to receive the offer.  Salon gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.  Gift certificates may not be returned, and are non-refundable. Promotional gift certificates may not be used towards gratuity.  The QC Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
