SANITATION PROTOCOLS

As a customer of ours, I want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep ourselves and guests, safe and healthy during this time.

WHAT THE SALON IS DOING

We will greet you curbside (still in your car) once you arrive to begin our new entry procedure.
We will be implementing temperature checks with a touch-less infrared thermometer to check each of our employees and guests who wish to enter the salon. Any employee or guest who has a temperature above 99.9 will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the salon until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 symptoms.
Once checked in, we have you remain in your car in the parking lot and we will text you when it’s time for your appointment.
Our waiting area is not open at this time.
We have a new hand-to-heart greeting…we wish we could hug.
We have paused our high-touch additional services, we will bring back our complimentary rituals soon.
There will be no waxing or spa services available, at this time.
We are suspending our beverage service. Please bring your own beverages to your appointment.
We have implemented contactless check-out via our app, Pocket Salon, or a touch/tap credit card. (No cash)

WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING

  • We will be wearing protective masks throughout your service.
  • We will wear protective clothing and change after each guest.
  • We will be adhering to social distancing standards and working at every other station.
  • We will be sanitizing stations and all implements between every guests.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Cancel/reschedule your visit if you are feeling any flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick.
  • Download or Pocket Salon App.
  • Please come alone, do not bring friends or children.
  • Wear a mask, we will provide you one if you don’t have one.
  • Maintain social distancing from other guests when possible.
